Budapest
(1/2 French Roast Colombian, 1/4 Light Roast Colombian, and 1/4 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe)
It is heavy, smooth and velvety to drink. Stands up well to milk or half-and-half. |

|
Cafe Bedford
(3/4 House Blend, 1/4 French Italian Espresso).
Similar to the House blend, but with a bit more zip. |
||
|
Cafe Blend
(A mixture of 5 beans from South & Central America)
The exact mixture is a secret, but the result is delicious. It is similar in roast to the Italian espressos - that is, a shade between Viennese and French roasts. It's creamy and strong without being bitter and produces lots of crema. |

Caribbean Blend
One of our secrets. A very fine coffee that cups just as it sounds. A great full bodied coffee.

Cowboy Coffee
What you would imagine Cowboys would drink on the range. To stay awake and enjoy

|
Danish Blend
(1/2 Mocha & Java, 1/2 French Mocha).
This very popular blend is stronger than Warner's Blend, but just as smooth. The French Roast Mocha dominates its flavor, with the Java adding the character. |
||
|
Mocha Java
(1/3 Ethiopian, 2/3 Java Arabica).
Roasted to an American roast, this is the traditional M&J Blend. The spicy heaviness of an Indonesian mixed with the winey sweetness of a good Ethiopian. A strong and full-bodied light roast coffee blend. |

New Orleans
(1/2 Mocha & Java, 1/4 French Mocha, 1/4 French chicory)
This is the coffee so popular in Louisiana, and most notably New Orleans. Mixed half and half with milk it's a pleasure to drink. The chicory was originally intended to extend the coffee, but over time became so integrated into custom and habit that it has become woven into the fabric of "The Big Easy's" culinary culture. We also sell the Beignet Mix, so while you are drinking your New Orleans Blend and listening to Satchmo you can also enjoy "dunking" New Orleans style. |

Warner's Blend
(1/3 French Mocha, 1/3 Colombian Supremo, 1/3 Venezuelan Tachira)
For my taste it's a toss up between this and Nairobi Blend. The French Mocha adds the punch, but it's still smooth enough that I don't lose what little hair I have left when I drink it. |
